Blade Wallet x MetaverseME (“BWMM”) is a collection of digital collectible artworks tied to nonfungible tokens (“NFTs”) running on the Hedera network. Users are entirely responsible for the safety and management of their own private digital wallets and validating all transactions and contracts generated by this website before approval. Furthermore, as the BWMM smart contract runs on the Hedera network, there is no ability to undo, reverse, or restore any transactions.
This website and its connected services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. By using this website or its related services you are accepting sole responsibility for any and all transactions involving BWMM digital collectibles.
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set forth the intellectual property and ownership rights granted by Blade Labs Holdings Private Limited Company (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, referred to as “Blade”) to the recipient of the BWMM NFT (“You”).
- Ownership. Each BWMM is an NFT on the Hedera network. When you purchase or obtain an NFT, you own the cryptographic token, but not the underlying BWMM artwork (the “Art”).
- Personal Use. Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Blade grants you a worldwide license to use, copy, and display the Art, solely for the following purposes: (i) for your own personal, non-commercial use (ie. no selling of the Art and/or BWMM NFT nor receiving profit from the Art and/or BWMM NFT); or (ii) as part of a third party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement, or participation of your BWMM NFT, provided that the website and/or application cryptographically verifies each BWMM NFT owner’s rights to display the Art for their BWMM to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the owner of the BWMM NFT leaves the website or application.
- Trademarks. You acknowledge and agree that all trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, symbols, designs, and/or other distinctive brand features associated with “BLADE”, ““, and “”, as well as all similar variations thereof (collectively, the “Blade Marks”) are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Blade throughout the world. No rights or licenses to use the Blade Marks are granted or implied under this Agreement.
You agree not to contest, object to, oppose, or otherwise challenge, or to assist others in contesting, objecting to, opposing, or otherwise challenging Blade’s use and registration of the Blade Marks. You expressly acknowledge and agree that you have no right, title, or interest in or to the Blade Marks. You are expressly prohibited from using the Blade Marks for any purpose, including but not limited to, displaying, promoting, marketing, or selling any products or services, or otherwise exploiting the Blade Marks without the prior written consent of Blade.
You shall not modify, alter, or adapt the Blade Marks in any way, or combine them with any other symbols, words, or designs. You agree not to register, apply for, or use any trademarks, domain names, social media usernames, or other identifiers that are confusingly similar to, or that incorporate or imitate, in whole or in part, any of the Blade Marks without the prior written consent of Blade. You shall not sublicense, transfer, or assign any rights in or to the Blade Marks, except as expressly permitted by Blade in writing.
Blade shall have the sole right, at its discretion, to take any action to protect and enforce its rights in the Blade Marks, including but not limited to, initiating legal proceedings against any infringer or unauthorized user of the trademarks. You shall fully cooperate with Blade in any such action, as reasonably requested by Blade.
